Session Application

Anyone interested in booking a session with Miss Angela is required to fill out the following application. The more information you can provide, the better! Miss Angela will send you an email at the address provided if your application has made it to the next round.

Miss Angela reserves the right to select her clients, and can refuse or reject an application on any grounds. Note: Miss Angela does not offer any sexual services EVER. All applicants certify that they are over 18 years of age.
